The Spring 2009 season is over and now it is time to show recognition to the drivers that have excelled this season-not only in winning their specific series championship but also having excelled in other areas, like sportsmanship and displaying the will to improve their overall performance through pure true grit and determination whilst at the same time improving the overall standard’s of our league.

Round 7 of 8 in the Trans World Formula 3 Championship had a dissapointing turnout of only 10 drivers to battle the Turkish GP. This did not stop them from having a good and exiting race however.
The Turkish Grand Prix (Turkish: Türkiye Grand Prix) is a Formula One motor race that debuted on August 21, 2005 as part of the 2005 Formula One season. It is held at the newly built Istanbul Park Circuit, constructed by famous German civil engineer Hermann Tilke. The circuit is only the third anti-clockwise circuit on the Formula One calendar after the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola, Italy and the Autódromo José Carlos Pace, Brazil.

Now entering the second half of the season surprises could have been expected but none like we were about to witness on practise day Friday afternoon. Rik Walker not turning up being ill and Tony Cederholm turning up Drunk!!!
