TWF1 Rounds up the season with a visit down under to Adelaide, Australia. With the Division One Drivers Championship title all but solidified, final Championship positions and pride are still on the line. In Division Two, the Drivers Championship is still up for grabs and the battle should be intense. The TWF1 Team Championship has also yet to be decided so efforts from all are expected.

TWF1 entered Donington Park over the weekend, and by Sunday evening saw the crowning of a new TWF1 Division One Champion*, and the battle for the Division Two crown extend on to the final race of the season.
Donington Park, Englands’s oldest permanent road circuit, will host Round 7 of the TWF1 Autumn 2009 Championship this weekend. With less than 20 points seperating the top 3 drivers in Division 1, and 25 in Division 2, the Driver Championships are still up for grabs and with only 2 races left on the calendar.

The North American swing of the Legends TWF1 Autumn 2009 season kicked off this past weekend with a trip to the famed Île Notre-Dame circuit in Montreal, Canada. The race also marked the midway point of the Autumn 2009 season, being Round 5 of the 8 race season. Lastly, the midway mark also meant handicap adjustments, and several drivers were sporting new chassis’s as they arrived at the difficult Montreal circuit. Let’s take a closer look at the action…

A cool, salty breeze welcomed the Legends TWF1 drivers to the seaside town of Zandvoort, Netherlands for Round 4 of the TWF1 Autumn 2009 Championship. The Legends League TWF1 circus returns from it’s trip to the orient to visit yet another John Hugenholtz associated track, Zandvoort. The Zandvoort circuit, originally designed and constructed from a series of interconnecting roads built by the German Army during World War II, was transformed into a true racing circuit in 1949 and managed by Mr. Hugenholtz for the next 40 years. Sadly, however, Zandvoort is perhaps most remembered for one of the most tragic yet courageous events to happen in Formula One’s long history…
