F3 Euros 2007 is a mod for rFactor. It uses the same car models as the rF3 cars which come as standard in rFactor but uses completely new physics developed to be more realistic than those used by rF3.

A skinpack has been released for the current 2008 TWF3 championship which contains induvidual liveries by Legends members. This skinpack is not mandatory.
