TWFR General Rules are the core of the sim-community, every member should know what they are.

Race Etiquette on our Wiki contains a list of topics created by members, admins and Stewards. They are originated from our race discussions, debates and general knowledge gathered throughout the years. (we especially encourage new members to take the time to read this)

The Penalty Guide helps both Stewards and Members to understand what kind of infractions are being monitored and what effects they have on any individual Licence (the actual licence.pdf is at the bottom of the page)

The Legends Racers Association carries essential information about various topics where the community tries to reach consensus on issues regarding our racing and behaviour on the tracks. Sometimes conclusions will be added to the General Rules, mostly its a reference guide on how we, as a community, feel sim-racing should be approached as a community. (we especially encourage new members to take the time to read this)

The Wiki (top menu) is a user-dependent platform and we encourage members to add their articles to the Wiki and thus create a useful database for future references. If you are a member you should be able to edit the Wiki.
