Legends League initiated a team of Racing Stewards and created a penalty system to try and ensure racing standards in this community are being monitored throughout the official seasons and championships.

The system as we are using has proved itself highly valuable and effective. Dangerous driving, poor behaviour (often subconsciously), unfair advantages, and the general fairness of our racing are issues the Stewards work with to make Legends a healthy community and an enjoyable place to race.

During official seasons each race gets reviewed by the Stewards, they discuss any issues that have been spotted and guided by the Penalty system & the Chief Steward Reports are presented to Legends HQ, who review what has been processed. The designated Race Directors and Managing Director give the go ahead on which a report gets published and the community is able to view and discuss what the outcome of their race upholds in terms of penalty's, advice, guidelines and more.

Members can also file official complaints when a particular racing incident has occured or a dispute between members needs to be settled. The Chief Steward (CS) will take action, appoint Stewards to review the incident thoroughly and after conducting their investigations, the Stewards advise the CS who will give out a final verdict . This report is presented to HQ and when finalized the designated members will receive this verdict which could hold additional penalty's for either or both or neither.

Although the Race Stewards operate behind closed doors to the general membership, they operate and under some basic but strict rules to ensure any given issue gets the same aproach in terms of fairness and an unbiased treatment for our members. Favouritism and bias are simply not allowed. Having a mixed team of active members, clear rules and RD's and the MD watching over their shoulders ensures the Stewards Office is a solid base and a futureproof system for the League.

The sections in the menu are created to give some more insight into the Stewards Office, its current Stewards, how they work, some league related information and finally an application form for any member to use when they think they could serve the community in this way, help out or be of general assistance for the community or the League Administration.
