By that time most of the stewards will have 2 or more seasons under their belt so it will be time to bring in at least one 'new steward.
This is something I'd like to potentially do regularly as one of the things we encourage our members is to have a stint in the office. By doing so they get to see how it works and it's also a positive way to improve 'your' driving as getting an insight into the discussions can be quick enlightening.
Commitment usually amounts to a couple of hours every other week, on average. Some reviews can take longer, but many are probably a little shorter.
