help with download

hi , i m having trouble with download of FSR F1 1991 HE mod ... i deleted this mod from my comp and now i need it again but only place is F1SR and for some reason its not working for me , can anybody help me please , thx , bye

edit: i found it at FILESERVE but get this error " internet explorer cannot download ... (mod).rar from fileserve
The operation timed out "

? every time on 49% of download , i try with F1 1985 v1.02 mod and same error with fileserve

all good now , my explorer is , i move on to google chrome and now its working ...
