Le Mans Zero Damage Practice Server Available

Post by Ray Walton »

To help those still with a lot of track learning to do I have set up my
Thai practice server with ZERO DAMAGE. This is purely to assist those
finding it difficult to learn the track due to the long run before you
get to the twisty bits and then a terminal off means you have to start
from scratch yet again. The server name is "Legends-League 0 Damage TH"

Please note this should only be used whilst you are getting to learn the
track and/or for checking you are set up correctly and will be
compatible with our race servers. Once you are happy that you can run
clear laps okay I strongly suggest you go to one of the other practice
servers, which are all set with the normal TWF1 60% damage level, so you
do not become dependant on zero damage. I have now switched off
autobrother on this server whilst zero damage is in operation but it
will be switched back on as usual next week for the TWF3 practice.

I hope many of you will find this facility useful as good initial
learning aid at this very long but superb track.

Damage is set at 0% Martin Checked it earlier by deliberately crashing
my car on it and just checked it is still showing the same in the server
options. So don't understand that Martin ?? Anyone else seeing damage
on on this zero damage server ?? Mechanical failure is still set as
Normal as that is not what it is about just to keep you on track after
hitting the armco etc..

Hey Georg I am a whimp indeed so I need it and I am sure there are many
more fellow whimps here, isn't that right Baz <gg>

Yep but I challenge anyone to stay on track in those first say dozen
laps when you do not know the track well enough. This is purely for
enabling drivers to learn the track on-line and hopefully with others
rather than playing with themselves on their own off-line ( my Mum told
me this would damage my eyesight too and it turns out she was right <g> ).
