getmod+password server access problem

A we know something can go wierd when getmod+password is on a server, or something like that. Some players get selected by RF to be given 'Server Connect Fail' errors no matter what, Ray Ridall seemed to get it a lot during the seasons, weird how it picks on certain players.

I think this problem is much less common now in 860, but I had the same thing over the weekend and I may have stumbled across a solution.

I run command prompt 'as administrator' then run these 3 commands and reboot.

netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

I did a normal reboot first, still could not get in server. I did the above and rebooted then I got in server. There is a chance it is unrelated, is a good chance this is a real solution too.
